Returns & Refunds Policy

Overview

We sell personalised digital products (such as custom PDF documents) and services (such as 1:1 meetings/consultations). Because these are custom-made and/or delivered digitally, our returns policy is different from a physical retail store.

 

Change of mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind on personalised or digital products, including (but not limited to):

  • Custom or personalised PDF documents after work has started or the file has been delivered
  • Digital products that have been delivered/downloaded
  • Meetings/consultations for change of mind

Please choose carefully and contact us before purchasing if you have questions about suitability.

 

Cancellations and rescheduling (meetings)

If you’ve booked a meeting/consultation, you may request to reschedule by emailing us at: contact@greenbuildingconsultants.com.au

  • Reschedules: We’ll do our best to accommodate reasonable reschedule requests.

  • Cancellations / no-shows: Because time is reserved specifically for you, cancellations may not be refundable. Where a refund is required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide it.


Faults, issues, or not as described (Australian Consumer Law)

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, replacement, or other remedy if what you purchased has a major problem, is not as described, or is not delivered with due care and skill (including services).

Examples of issues we will fix or remedy include:

  • Your personalised PDF contains a significant error that does not match the information you provided
  • The delivered file is corrupted or cannot be opened due to how it was supplied
  • A meeting/service was not provided as agreed

If there is a problem, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@greenbuildingconsultants.com.au with:

  • Your order details / proof of purchase
  • A description of the issue
  • Screenshots or supporting information (if relevant)

We will assess the issue and work with you to provide the appropriate remedy under ACL.

 

Delivery of digital products

Digital products are delivered electronically (for example, by email or via your account on our website). Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.

If you don’t receive your digital product within the expected timeframe, contact us at contact@greenbuildingconsultants.com.au and we’ll help.
